The monthly preventative maintenance program is a cost effective solution for most customers. At GA Elevator we will never ask you to sign a 10,5 or a 3 year service contract. We have annual contracts that are not self-renewing. What we offer is unsurpassed service, at a highly discounted rate.

We only install non-proprietary equipment. Meaning, you as a customer will not be tied to one manufacturer or service provider. Any qualified elevator company can service the equipment that we install.
Our installations come with a three year parts and labor warranty, along with a complimentary three year monthly service agreement.
This is a major consideration when you are undertaking a modernization or a new installation. You do not want to HAVE to go to the same manufacturer or installer. You may choose any qualified elevator company you like.
